Voucher/Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

In addition to the Terms and Conditions these Voucher/Gift Certificate terms and conditions apply to all Vouchers/Gift Certificates issued by Gays&Gadgets. By using the Voucher/Gift Certificates you accept these General Terms and Conditions.
 
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to Vouchers/Gift Certificates issued by Gays&Gadgets.
 
2. Each and every Voucher/Gift Certificate has a unique code made up of a combination of digits and letters. Each and every Voucher/Gift Certificate and code is issued only once. Your Voucher/Gift Certificate and the code must be kept secure. Stolen (including unauthorised use of the code by third parties) or lost Vouchers/Gift Certificates cannot be replaced. Only original Vouchers/Gift Certificates are accepted and on request will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. Gays&Gadgets reserves the right to accept a Voucher/Gift Certificate only after receipt of the original Voucher/Gift Certificate and will, in case of improper use demand payment in cash.
 
3. To use a Vouchers/Gift Certificates you need to place your selected product in the "shopping cart". During the order process you enter the exact code in the box ' voucher codes' and click 'apply'.
 
4. Conditions relating to the nature, value, expiry date and/or other possibly applicable specific usage terms and condition are printed on the Voucher/Gift Certificate. Each and every Voucher/Gift Certificate is valid during a specific period and cannot be used after the expiry date has matured.
 
5. Vouchers/Gift Certificates issued by Gays&Gadgets can only be redeemed against products on the gaysandgadgets.com website.
 
6. You can redeem one Voucher/Gift Certificate per order. 
 
7. Vouchers/Gift Certificates are not redeemable for outstanding orders.
 
8. Vouchers/Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
 
9. All information concerning the voucher code/gift certificate code of redeemed Vouchers/Gift Certificates and expiry dates, is also available in the recipient's account overview on the gaysandgadget.com website.
 
10. If the order exceeds the amount of the Voucher(s)/Gift Certificate(s), the balance must be paid for by one of the other accepted payment methods.
 
11. It is not permitted to deface, alter, forge or otherwise tamper with Vouchers/Gift Certificates (including hacking).
 
12. Any fraudulent or any other prohibited act shall be registered and shall lead to discontinuing the use of Vouchers/Gift Certificates.
 
13. It is not permitted to use Vouchers/Gift Certificates for any kind of commercial purpose and or other purposes than those for which they were issued.
 
14. Gays&Gadgets cannot be held responsible for the execution of Vouchers/Gift Certificates and accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the usage or not being able to use Vouchers/Gift Certificates. Liability for damages does not apply to damages resulting from intentional damage or gross negligence on the part of Gays&Gadgets. In this case the right to damages is limited to the amount of direct damages incurred by persons or objects.
 
15. These Voucher/Gift Certificate terms and condition may be subject to change from time to time. We advise you to check the Voucher/Gift Certificate terms and conditions before using a Voucher/Gift Certificate. Should any changes have been made to the afore mentioned terms and conditions and you continue using the Vouchers/Gift Certificates, you thereby accept the amended terms and conditions.
